Just a quick note to let you know that our holiday in Florida was amazing!!, it was certainly made all the better by staying at your villa, the location and setting were perfect, and all the amenities you had made it a real home for home, all we have to do now is build a games room!!!, my 2 sons were playing pool before they’d even woken up properly. Hello Rob, Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was everything that we hoped it would be: free view in the back, a lovely pool with spa, very spacious inside and outside and a fantastic location. Although many might think Aviana is "a long way" from the attractions and restaurants... Well, it took us just 13 minutes to drive from the villa to "our" breakfast place on the 192. Fantastic Holiday

 

Thank you very much for renting us your villa, we all had an "awesome" time. The weather when we arrived was a typical Florida early evening - with grey sky's and heavy rain Having never been to Florida before the boys were absolutely mortified expecting it be similar climate to the one we had left - boy! were they in for a shock - they were already in the pool within ten minutes of us arriving at the villa. The villa facilities are excellent. When the boys weren't in the pool they were either in the games room or watching all the slides in the water parks on their i-pods (thank you very much for the free wireless internet - keeping in touch with those unfortunate people left at home has never been so easy :-)) A couple of us are thinking of re-booking your villa for the same time next year - we're missing the place already - so you could very well be hearing from me in the very near future.
